Got it added.

So they just update the spreadsheet I guess? And that tells you the event code status?

The railcar tracker is something else , it's an automated # you call and follow the prompts
1-800-235-2352 , then they will ask you for the initial which in my case was ETTX then the # 711577 and they tell you where your railcar is
