New to the Forum, just got my 2013 Camaro 2LT RS

Hi guys,

I used to have a 2010 Camaro 1LT RS that I loved dearly, (before that I was a mustang guy, the latest one was a 2008 in red), but the 2010 LT was hitting the 56,000 miles already, plus I wanted something more equipped and with a better audio system, (the audio system on the LT sucks big time).

So I started looking for a 2LT RS and thankfully all the planets aligned just at the right moment and I was able to sell my 2010 just in time to catch a good deal in a Metallic Gray 2013 2LT RS so I went for it. I paid a little bit over $26,000 for it to a private party (no dealer), but it was totally worth it, it has a little bit over 9,000 miles on it and it still smells like new.

I felt in love with it right away, the LINK system is much more better than the little radio I had on the other one, all the inside is leather-ed up and makes the inside look so much better, even the little things like, now me being able to control the radio from the steering wheel make it such a better ride and the HUD in the windshield is a nice touch too. So many more features than my 2010 LT.

Anyway, I was told by a member I met at other forum to check Camaro5.com, so here I am.... I am going to start lurking and learning from all of you guys, to see what mods are out there for this car.

Here are the pictures of the latest rides, in order:

Mustang 2008 from when I as in the dark side :-P.

2010 Camaro LT RS I just sold.

2013 Camaro 2LT RS my new buddy.... :-) .

Thank you guys.

Great looking car. You should really enjoy it as there have been a lot of subtle improvements and changes over the last few years. Welcome to the forum.

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Tks for the welcome guys,

Loving the Camaro, I find myself making excuses of stuff I "need to go get" just so I can have some extra driving time with it.... LOL ....
