LONGEST WAIT FOR A C7
I believe I hold the record for the longest wait for a C7. Chevy accepted my order on August 17, 2013 and it arrived at my dealer on May 7, 2014. That is 233 days, but who's counting.
That is almost 9 months waiting for the birth of my C7. (Pregnant Pause). I know there has to be a fitting joke here. Anyone got one? (please keep it nice with no nastiness). Can anyone beat 233 days of wait? Last edited by Richardlord; 05-09-2014 at 05:33 AM. |

172 days here.
Five of those because of rain so it sat inside the dealership from April 28 through May 2nd.

I'm currently "only" at 157d, it's at 3800, but seems to be stuck there. Hopefully I'm not staring down 200+ days.

From the day I put my deposit down (February 11, 2013) to rhe day I took Museum Delivery (October 4, 2013) was 236 days. It felt like twice as long but well worth it! The worst was the 5 weeks after it was built - as it was in the first week of production, they held it for a very thorough QC inspection, which seems to have been worth the wait. I've had no problems to speak of with 11,000+ miles on it!

I think I may have the longest wait. Ordered 12/6. Have a TPW of 7/21. If I get it by the 7th of Aug. I will have waited 244 days.

How about the shortest wait, I ordered my C7 on 6/12 last day and going to TPW on 7/21

My dealer had told me to expect a minimum 9 month wait so these numbers are reassuring.

Today is 234 for me. Ordered 12/6. Built and bayed Friday the 25th.Still waiting for delivery.

Mine is longest. Ordered a 2014 model on November 21, 2013. Maybe arriving as 2015 model in january 2015. Maybe, maybe later.....

How about this one---Placed order Sept. 17-13 still did not get coupe but dealer had conv. coming in and I said give me that one instead. Picked it up July 1-14. Long wait but I am very happy with the conv,
