Door interference with fender

Anyone having problem with door to fender interference? My passenger door contacts the rear of the fender in line with the stingray emblem when opening the door. Car just turned 3700 miles. It makes a snapping noise and paint is scuffed at edge of door and fender. Only does it when fender is cold. Once hood and fender are warm from engine heat there is no contact. contact. Will be taking to dealer to have it repaired.

I had the same problem, and noticed it during the first week. I had it on the passenger side. The dealer let his collision guy realign the door and repaint where it got scuffed.
