So last Friday this is what happened. Went up 5lbs to 550lbs of bar weight and increased the bands from the average to the strong bands. The weight wasn't the problem (can't get the f'n video to upload). Walking the weight back in my stomach gave out and I lost my air and went down, and to the left about 6 inches. Below is the result :(

Ouch! I hope that can be fix with therapy and doesn't require surgery...

Been out a week. 2 visits to the chiro so far.

I feel much better. Going to skate tomorrow and possibly squat Monday depending on how I feed after tomorrow.

videos will come later.
Placed first in 231 lb class. Weighed 223 lb

Best lifts
535 lb squat
425 lb bench
565 lb deadlift.

Most importantly, feel exhausted and did not injure anything.

Thanks guys. I feel recovered today, and ready to get on the road for CamaroFest tomorrow. It will be a busy day at work, then home for some final packing. Hope you guys will be at the Fest. If you see me, stop and we'll chat about some lifting fun in the gym.

FANTASTIC job on the 1st place.

I have not been in here for a good month or so.

Update: been extremely busy now that High School softball is back up and going. My daughter is the starting 3B on the varsity team and I am a bench coach doing the scorebook and stats. Not much time for workouts, at the moment. Did pick up my new TREK Excalibur 7 bike, (in orange of course). I will be getting out on that as the weather gets better.

I am now down a total of 95 lbs. Now into a size pants I have not seen in 20 years. Going thru all my clothes and dumping all the stuff that is too large.

FEELING GREAT.

New pictures coming soon. As I cross the 100 lb. mark and still have another 50 or so to go for my goal.

So, today marks 2 months of Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Virtually no processed foods, no Corn Syrup, Only Grass Fed meats.

So far I have only lost about 10 pounds. But the difference is phenominal, I feel better, just being alive feels great.

Yesterday I finally tried Free Range eggs at the farmers market.
So basically the chickens or ducks eat what they want when they want, live a healthy free existence, and these are the eggs.
I first heard about this concept on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
The taste is amazing. There is no comparison between these and corn fed, factory farmed eggs.

Just got back into the gym after a 2 year and 20 pound gain. Only 3 pounds lost but it's only been 2 weeks. Feel better already. I used to lift and exercise religiously for almost my whole life then the past 10 years I lost my motivation and ate all the wrong foods and, worse, started drinking.......a lot. Went from an in shape 185 pounds to a disgusting 220. While people tell me I don't look fat I know better. While I don't have this huge belly sticking out I know I'm way out of shape. Good thing is that since I used to lift so much I still have some muscle so think that's why people say I don't look that fat plus it will be easier to bring back the muscle I had. I'll wait a few months and see about posting some before and after pics. ...............maybe!
