If FI tuning can be figured out then yea I'll think about it. I saw Matt is making some progress so that's very promising. If I do, the build thread title would make even more sense considering I think I can build a kit for 3.5-4k especially after seeing how much ptkilla spent and having build 2 custom kits already.

But to be 100% honest, it's looking less less and less likely that'll end up doing this. If cams pan out and gains are seen, I may try that since it's a lot less expensive but other than that, I may have to leave this car full bolt on and keep it as the daily driver. I'm already looking for a slightly used 5.0, or c6 corvette to work and hopefully build

Yup Florida is similar. If you were to drive from the keys to the border of Florida/Alabama it would take ~15 hours with some stops

Yup, it's nuts! From Houston, I could cross through Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida faster than I could get to El Paso.
