Body colored roof dilemma, is this fair?

I am sure that I am not the only one in this situation but I ordered a C7 thru my local dealer and in order to get a quicker delivery I went with one of their allocation that was already in production (at the time 3000). The car was ordered with a "Clear roof". As I understand it wether due to constraint or by a rule the clear roof is all that I will get. The other vette's that I purchased (08 coupe and 11 GS) all came with body colored roofs and I separately chose to order the clear roof, or not. It seems to me that I am getting ripped off as I am paying for the clear and that is the only one that I am getting. That does not seem right.
Do you guys have any comments of recommendations to me on this. It just does not seem right.
