The IPF SC kit is the most mature system out there and the tune is the only one I can say shows true gains.
I have worked with custom kits before and have had good luck, but there was always tweaking going on after the install. This is extra money and time.
If this is anywhere near a daily driver for you you need to take this in consideration.

Reggie Bush hurt himself slipping in the snow during warmups and didn't play (wtf), Gronk went out with probably a torn ACL, and Keenan Allen went out with a shoulder but came back in. So I'll revise it to 2.

I'm boycotting Tapa talk. It's bullshit that they make you pay again for updating to 4. I already had pro for 2, then if I allow the update, it goes to the free version of 4 and I have to pay again.

Same thing happened for iPhone users when they made TapaTalk free and created a pro version. I never paid for it then but if I had I would be pissed just like you are. It's usually not a good business practice to bluntly screw over your customers.
