R&D FOR SLP TVS 2300

I know it is not a Camaro but also know that many of you also own Trucks.

We are doing fitment and calibration for the SLPTVS 2300 on the Chevrolet and GMC 2500/3500 Trucks with the 6.0 here are a few pics.

We already have SLP Kits ready for the 5.3 and 6.2

The 6.0 is GMs HD truck engine but it lacks the torque needed to pull heavy trailers efficiently, being spoiled with Diesels but hating all the emissions and fuel cost I thought this would be a good way to get Diesel Torque on Gasoline.

Solid idea, but I wouldn't trade my diesel for a gas truck any day of the week. 2000ft lbs of torque at 2500rpm is where it's at!

LOL, That's either a Big Truck or One Hot light duty Diesel but not something I want to travel cross country with.

My Duramax got 10 mpg Towing my 6.0 Gets 10 mpg Towing just slower up the hills, I am fixing that.

Ted.

One seriously hopped up light duty, it's my DD and it tows the car around too, I have no issues loading up and hauling with it. I'm getting 18.5 towing 10k behind it too.

What's the gear ratio on the axels on this beast I think that's the biggest thing holding these Chevy gas trucks back. I know my 6inch lift and 35's aren't helping much either.

That's what they all say but it never happens.... Well Maybe

It makes the truck experience a whole lot more fun.

Another question is the new TVS better than the old no rear belt drive is it more efficient.
The only difference I can see is the drive difference "no jack shaft".
Of course your perspective is different than mine do to the fact you can watch it as you tune.

It is just Less Parts but same TVS 2300 rotors, the Intercooler inside the blower manifold is a touch better.

Diesel Torque on Gasoline for towing comfort.

5K RPM up hills is nerve racking.

I have a Avalanche with a supercharged TVS 6.0L.
I have no problem towing my trailer at 65mph.Spin the motor between 2500-2800rpm,and leave it there.
Even more fun running 13's in a 6000lbs SUV
So when Ted will be finished with this truck, somebody gonna have fun aswell.
