I am sorry but saying the H2 was number 2 behind the H1 would just be pure propoganda. they were not THAT great off road. I would say a Wrangler or heck, even a Liberty would be a better offroad vehicle from the same year than the H2 which I have seen broken more than excelling off-road.

H2's or a joke to the real off-road crowd. If you want a real off-road factory vehicle then you save money and buy a jeep rubicon. H2's where for basketball players, rap stars and guys with little weenies.

The manual transmission in my Sol GXP was from a Hummer, I'm told. It was an OK box but nothing to write home about

Mitsubishi and more specifically Evo's. After 2006 the Evo just isn't the same.

I was actually pretty impressed with my H3... but then again, i had one with a manual tranny, which helped a lot!
