Question Business Ideas?

Keeping this short, I am throwing together ideas for a business. I am in high school.
What I potentially have to work with
A warehouse with loading docks
Money to get started

Now where do I go from here? We kicked around the idea of buying and reselling, but I fear the cash flow won't be significant enough to cover costs.
I am open to any ideas. I just need to come up with some decent ones and work from there.
Thanks

never even thought of that haha.
Even if it were just in part of the building, that could be some guaranteed cash

Making sure the building is up to codes for its intended purpose is always a challenge ( and often a deal-breaker)

Occupancy limits and requirements

Zoning Restrictions

Yeah, it can be a real PITA.

Yeah, it can be a real PITA.
It's owned by a commercial construction company, and has been in use by another company for storage lately. This will be a non issue.
