problems posting - help

When I am posting a new thread, none of the icons above ^^^^^ work. I can click on them all day long and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I am really just interested in posting some pics but there seems to be a problem with all the icons.

Figured it out, it was my work computer blocking me. I will be talking to IT in the morning.
