I ordered ARH and then found out they didn't come with cats so I called and canceled the order the same day. Well lo and behold the box showed up on my doorstep a couple days later. I called them up and they had no record of sending them to me and seemed confused by what I was telling them. It took a couple weeks to get them to come pick them up.
