My dad is telling me the back bolt of the longer ones will not work because it is too long and wont fit. Is this true?

It is only the 3/8" one

Not sure, wasn't able to get it in when I put the plenum spacer on so left it out.

I don't have plenum, just ice-olator. The longer 6 bolts will fit in all of the holes, correct?
