Nexus 5 is not out yet... but is going to be factory unlock, about TMobile they have WIFI calling, so if you hsve Internet, you are good! I use this all the time and no problems my signal is strong!

Yea Im keeping up with the nexus line and two things need to change for me to buy one. LTE needs to be added and the screen needs to be a little bigger. Of course I would like to see the next nexus having a little more Ram and a better processor which are a Given with any new phone that comes out on the market.


As for Tmobile and wifi calling. I do have Internet but my speed tops out at 7.7Mb per second so if we are attempting to do something like Netflix we would barley have enough bandwidth to have a decent conversation. Unless I could somehow create a quality of service for voice packets we probably wouldn't have a good means of having a decent conversation.

But like anything else I can't say for sure without trying it out. I don't even use that much data. I usually use around a Gb every month since I'm connected to wifi every I go.



Did anyone else know its possible to dual boot a iPhone with android? I didn't and was kind of surprised it was possible. Not sure how stable it battery friendly since its kind of like running a virtualized OS inside of IOS.

Seriously? I didn't think it had it because on the full tech specs for the Nexus 4 on google play they don't list it. They have GSM/Edge/GPRS, 3G, and HSPA+

Like Matt said, Nexus has LTE and 4 has quad core with 2G Ram, pretty sure the next is going for 8 core since the S4 UK is 8 core, about the Internet I have pretty much the same speed and I have no problem having conversations, no dropping calls, everything runs smoothly... about the dual boot I did that back with my 3GS maybe because the 3GS doesn't have to much Ram it was slow and drain battery like crazy! It's nice to show off but not good for normal use...


PS: you don't think that a 4.7 screen is big enough? And you use a 3.5 screen phone...

An 8 core phone is pure stupid. Give me a quad core with a higher clock rate all day. Android is so resource friendly we just simply don't need all those cores. Its just marketing. Like people who think a 42 megapixel phone gives them better pictures than a 12. Megapixels don't mean a damn thing unless you're trying to print billboards.

Well the iPhone 5 is a 4 inch screen not 3.5. And yea I still would like a bigger screen personally something inbetween a S4 and Note 2 (about a 5.5 inch) is the ideal size I would like. I know most wouldn't but that's just personal preference really.

And like Matt said I wouldn't want a higher core processor but a higher clock rate in the gen. Really the Nexus is already the best phone you can buy brand new for 200 dollars that is unlocked and contract free in my opinion so anything else they change will just make it a little bit better than the rest.

As for the 42 mega pixel phone that Nokia made. That is nothing but a gimmick to make people believe it is far superior to the rest. I don't want to even know how big the files are when you take a picture with the 41 mega pixel setting. If the phone has the ability to shoot in RAW (which I HUGHLY doubt) it wouldn't be able to send a picture as an email attachment.
