You can't see it too great from the crappy photo, but last night I made a vegan barbecue tempeh sandwhich with homemade baked french fries (sorry for the huge photo, I'm on my phone and couldn't resize it)

I personally like tempeh better, because the texture and its a lot easier to cook compared to tofu. If a good cook is cooking tofu, than I love it, but whenever I try to cook with it, it just tastes like a flavorless sponge where tempeh is super easy, and it tastes really good
