I realized what happened with my tires. The rims are wider then the factory rim, but the fool order the factory sized tires.

back in the 90s and even earlier the lowriders started doing that.
on theirs the rim was so wide that on new tires they would have to use a tire tube inside to seat the beads and then take it out once the tire took a set to the wider rim.
