Lol people are funny. Did you know him? One day I was driving along and a guy coming the other way just randomly decided to give me the finger. Never seen the guy before in my life but I just assumed he was telling me his IQ score.

You should only be bothered if it was someone in a Ferrari/Lambo/GTR/Porsche - then you know they're doing it because they think they're better than you. The guy in the Civic does it because he's jealous. (ps. not addressing OP per se - just a comment in general).
