El Camino
So if GM decide to do a new El Camino (better than gen 5.1 camaro) would you all be interested? I just seen my camaro at work, and from an angle looked like the back of a new el camino.

I would love to see a new El Camino, wouldn't trade my SS in on one but I could see buying one in addition to my 5th gen.
Assuming of course they don't make it look like the 2014 refresh, ugh. |

There always seem to be rumors that GM will bring the Holden Ute ( http://www.holden.com.au/vehicles/ute/exterior ) to the U.S. to be the new El Camino. Check out the build section for color choices.
The SSV-Z series comes with a 6.0 liter engine, and has 270Kw power, 530Nm torque, 1740kg curb weight (sorry, not up to doing conversions tonight).

they should bring back the nove to go against the dodge dart but make it look more retro

This is basically what you're talking about. The Camaro is based on the Holden platform, and with a new fascia out front could easily hit the spot.
