You can do it! My wife and I both were smokers. Im 53 and so is my wife, and we want to be able to put lots of miles on our new Camaro, without smoking in it. Chantix worked for me! You need a prescription to get it, but it works well at curbing the craving, it helps to calm you down too. You can do IT!!!!! Hang in there!

Every drug will afect people different but that article was pretty vivid. I may try it if I have to.

Then I can mask the smoke with the smoke.

Uh......

I'm good though. Nobodies perfect. It wasn't just one though.
But woke up feeling guilty and ashamed. I'm good today. No real cravings at all. Sorry guys. I'm still in the game, just fumbled the ball. I got possesion back.

Just stay in the game... don't forget what this is all about... The bottom line is the less you smoke the sooner it's over.

So hang in there brother. I'm still with you. as are the rest of us.

its really easy to quit, just replace it with something else, like the patch, and then think about this, cigs are 6 bucks a pack thats almost 3 gallons of gas, so a pack a day means you get 30 dollars a week in saving and you can put that in your car, not your lungs. But get the patch I quit in 3 weeks 8 years ago and have never really wanted to start again, but I did need the patch. Its all in your head, it takes about 72 hours for the drugs to clear the system after that, its just brain stuff. Get the patch, and move on, forget about it and it will just become a memory. Take care, but dont doit for all those health reasons, they dont work as a reason to quit, do it cause its the right thing and it will help pay for your car, get the patch. No I dont work for the company that makes the patch.
SO there.

SO there.
All is good info but the money thing. YES it would be a savings but one of the reasons it doesn't help for me is because fortunately I can afford it.

Ok, that last sentence sounded awful. ............ Fortuantely?

But I got meds and help on the way.
