oio usage

my 11 V6 camaro has been using oil about 1 quart in 2000 miles sense I bought it. Has anyone else had this problem? It also smokes from the right tail pipe on acceleration. It how has 31,000 miles on the car. The dealership has been over servicing my car until I showed them how to read the dip stick, that I learned how to read from this form.
