so many starting rookies last year, I wonder if one day, some of them will be iconic, like the jim kelly, dan marino, john elway days.

I still do a double take - haven't fully tied the two names together 100% of the time, lol...

Word is Falcons are looking at Revis......wonder if its just to force 49ers to up their offer.......think it would be awsome to have him here if he signs a long term contract, but how can you compete with a team with a gazillion draft picks ?

Easy.......With all the talent already on that team, they are going to have to cut players or package picks just to get someone with enough talent to make the roster. I see them trading down a lot for next years picks just like the Patsies do.

I think Revis is in for a rude awakening after that injury. I wouldn't want him on my team until he could prove he can stay healthy. He has that Richard Seymore feel right now, talented, but fragile.

Revis is wanting QB money, i don't think anyone is going to trade even a single 1st round then pay him 16 mil a year....i can just see it, we'll trade you for him and then we will watch him sit out the season until we give him the money....

anyone who is going to get over payed has landed already, like woodson...anyone desperate for players did the deal already...

he needs to realize, NFL goes in cycles, and its currently an offensive league......teams will put the money in the offense and use whats left to fill in the defense.....The bill's learned that the hard way last season......

Speaking of the Bills, whats with dropping Fitz? i mean keep him or drop him its still costing you 10 mill...keep him and use him as second string since you had to spend the money anyways....i mean Tavaris was gone...instead you pay Fitz 10 mill to leave and have to resign Tavaris for about 3 mill...doesnt make sense....And letting alex smith go without trying, i mean a second and 3rd conditional was to high for the bills? they are going to have to trade away their future to get ahead of everyone trying to get KC's spot to get Geno.......that was not well played........

So yesterday Revis got 1 million dollars for nothing other than still being with the jets....could his outlandish pay demands and other things been nothing more than a tactic to make sure no one traded for him before he collected that 1 million? If so its brilliant......

Falcons are doing well in this free agency, nothing flashy but solid and filling some holes we needed filling.

Raiders made a great move getting Flynn. now they just need to get some decent receivers and an O-line...and was that for a 6th round pick? really?

Not sure what Philly is up to but oh well.

I'm probably one of the few that thinks the Palmer pickup in Arizona was a decent trade, we will see how he does with good receivers and less desperately trying to force things every play to make something, anything happen.

Romo and Flaco just killed the Cowboys and Ravens, I mean a fifth of the cap going to one person? Do you really think you can build a solid team with whats left?
