The government has so much already... their stuff is so much further ahead of what is anywhere in the world...

I wonder what kind of limitations there are for big electronic companies.. I know that they're capable of so much more, or researching so much more.. but they just don't

No, I mean like the crap that the government has... they have so much more advanced things, there's probably regulations limiting producers as to how advanced they can go or research.

It's very possible. Why would they want citizens to have more advanced weapons or technology then them? That leaves the government vulnerable.
