I ended up making a Sniper on a east coast RP server
I got awesome friends though

they're level ~35 and they're rushing me on the lower planets
currently 17, but probably going to hit up the warzones until I get enough commendations to buy the full level 20 gear

I recommend having a sub for it still

unlike some games where its f2p with hardly any limits, SWTOR Nerfs what you can do if you aren't sub'd :(

Ex: I had a sub, gained a lot of rest exp. I lost the sub, and lost all the rest exp I gained along with.
Plus it limits you to how many warzones you can do :(
