well ive had shin splints from track and basketball for 4 years but nothing has ever been this bad. they are actually throabing and are purple :(

ha its 90 degrees out right now and its midnight. dont need to worry about ice and i havent played hockey since february :( you alright fen... i havent had time to read all the posts so idk what the story is

compression with a ace bandage and ibuprofen should help to
