Yea it's still under warranty & I've been to the dealership 3 in the past 2 months twice for the window & once for the key, for the window when it gets hot & you hit the auto up it goes all the way up & back half way down. A gm camaro tech told the dealership that when the motor heats up the fail safe is half open thus there is nothing wrong with the window.

Do you know if it has anything to do with the safety feature? In your owner's manual it states:

Express Window Anti-Pinch Feature
When express-up is active, the window will auto-reverse if there is an obstruction or severe icing. The window returns to normal operation after the obstruction or condition is removed.

If conditions prevent a window from closing and it continues to auto-reverse, the window can be closed by having the ignition in ON/ RUN and holding the window switch up until the window is closed.
