Stupid question. Is it an auto or a stick? If auto is it in gear? Manual Clutch in? Did you check the fuses? Other than a ground or a loose cable...

Update. Still wont crank. Auto car in park foot on brake pedal nadda. Finally got the new tune loaded it no errors still don't crank. Next step I guess is to pull the starter and get it tested. If there was a security issue I don't know where else to look.
