I have to take MY hat off to the Mustangers I seen out on the roadways today. As you seen from my picture above we got a good amount of snow this weekend. Not one Camaro did I see on the way into work Including mine. The Mustang Girls and Boys they are out! Today it was like driving on a turd. Credit were Credit is DUE.

Good evening folks. I had a pretty good day at work today. Wow and it was Monday! I was busy but not too busy and managed to get all my doccumentation done while at work. Boy is it cold outside now though! If it had been cool all through fall as usual it would not feel so bad but going from 70's to 20's & 30's is rough. Good evening. Don't have the cold weather but getting some of the nasty storms down here. Just getting a little rain here in town however just to our north about 10 miles there was a Waterspout over a Lake and later on the same system damaged app 250 Mobile Homes to the East.:(

Wow, Scarry stuff! I HATE tornados! One hit my parent's farm/house when I was in grad school. Lots of damage, very sad.

I lived in California for a couple of years and never once felt the ground shake. I was almost dissapointed. Just wanted to see what it felt like ???

I felt an earthquake in Tennessee once. We are WAAAAAAAAAAAAY past due for a big one on the New Madrid fault. The last "big one" made the Mississippi river run backward and created Reelfoot lake. I sure hope we stay past due for the rest of my lifetime.

The Dam isn't used as the highway anymore, since they built a bridge. And I'm going to guess that HRS is fourth from the right. That looks like Linda behind it!

Dammmmm Gary, you've got a good eye. Yes HRS is 4th from the right.

We had to pay a fee for a police escort (very reasonable, IMHO) but not sure what other arangements had to be made. Wanda, one of the club members works out there and I think she handled those arrangments.. Thanks Wanda, Ami, Alex, Leo, Cheryl and Sarah for helping to orchestrate to best local event to date!!

Top it off, we got an inside tour of the dam that required hard-hats and hearing protection - completely unlike any other tour of the dam I've ever been on.

The day was then capped with Pizza and Pasta at another club member's home. Just a memorable, enjoyable day.

SCCC Rocks!!!

Those dam pics are ultra cool. I bet that was a fun event. It makes me think of something we used to recite as kids: "I went to the dam to get some dam water, but the dam man said I couldn't have any dam water so I told the dam man he could keep his dam water". LOL I sure wish I knew what happened to the plans for that dam that my grandfather used to have. He worked on it when it was being built.

Good morning all. It is still really cold here. I guess it is time to drag out the big Michelin man coat (as I call it). Coffee time now. HAGD all.
