Its not difficult at all though. after you play your first match you basically level up to level 2 and can unlock the DMR or battle rifle. all the other main weapons after those 2 don't seem like they are going to be better at all, they would just be alternatives to it.

Whats good though is that they will have the CSR (competitive skill rank) once 2013 comes around where you can see peoples real ranks instead of their "progression" style ranks. You will be able to see this on halo waypoint. Essentially everyone will have 2 ranks, their spartan rank (SR) and their CSR.

Thanks for the info matthook - you made me even more pumped to get out of work to play now.

While I did play reach multiplayer quite a bit, i did feel like it was super glitchy. Glad to hear the multiplayer isnt anything like reach. I'm not particularly a fan of the COD unlocking system, but as long as that isnt the driving aspect of the game then I think it will be ok.

Always gotta down the Campaign before multiplayer though. One of the best story modes our there on console.

After about 10 is hours i beat the campaign and i gotta say i love it even more, the controls are back to Halo 2 style the graphics are amazing the story was fantastic i cant wait for 5!

Took me about 7 hrs to beat the campaign on Heroic. Still getting used to the controls. I couldn't find a preset control layout like I had on Halo Reach. Taking a break... my eyes are bloodshot!

so far im at 0.95 KD with 56 kills and 28 assist, ive only played 4 games online so far but i like it, come one guys lets get a group going

Highly impressed with the campaign so far, I can definitely see myself replaying this one multiple times

Hardly done much of the campaign and I love it. So much more fluid than Reach. And, an appealing story so far. Going to finish the campaign before going multiplayer, but hoping to be able to jump online this weekend.

Yea, its taken me some times to adjust to the controls for some reason. Too many hours of Reach played recently I suppose. I think once i get used to it, the new controls could be better.
