Cause parts of the house are off limits due to all the construction, so he has to stay out in the living room and be around us instead of hiding for half the day.

No he is just a Prince that likes to cause trouble but not get loved on. His mother was wild, I think I only got to pick her up once without her trying to shred me.

Yeah she eventually got out, I saw her in the neighborhood once but I don't know if she is still around or became coyote food. We did get her fixed though.
