Ive been thinking bout getting a decent camera and a good editing software and creating my own show based around camaro...

You think so?? I was thinking a canon or nikon that has least 16megapix and a video feature for quality

If it involves driving then yeah gopro... if its more of bystander video and pics then yeah Cannon/Nikon.... depends on how you want it... the Gopro is 1080p video and high def pics... and can be done to take 3d video....
