Gillette Mach 3 head and face, and Gillette Foamy sensitive skin. I actually like the gel better, but it burns like hell when it gets in your eyes. Foamy doesn't.

I always shave against the grain for a super-smooth shave. Some that are prone to ingrown hairs may not want to do that.

Electric for the face and a Venus for the man scaping. I had forgotten my dude razor once upon a time and saw the ex-wife's razor so i tried it and wow! Used one every sense. Its just so damn smooth shaving!
