You know I have actually kept the pack I had when I decided to quit in my pocket everyday? its only missing one out of it from the last one i smoked. I think its the Oh sh!t im out i need to go get more thing that hurts.. which i have about 300 cartons staring me in the face everyday too so i dont know. Have you heard of the camel snus? thats not bad. you should try that maybe it will help you. its like snuff but its in a pack and you dont have to spit. I tried it when it first came out.
