I recommend Ibuprofen, Vitamin C(orange juice - 6 oz.) a glass of water every hour, and sleep.

I was told no citrus because it is killing my stomach lining.

well, it doesn't hurt to try some nyquil. maybe you can keep it down long enough to get some in your system.
