^ This is true, the local Ford Dealer here sucks, they have a great service department but their new car sales department is a joke. I went to look for my current car and it was either, complete incompetence or a lack of motivation to move on price, or worse, I couldn't see the car they were trying to sell me from some dealer 30 miles away because they didn't have much inventory of Mustangs (all they had were autos). I had to drive an hour away to find my car.
