I suppose I still need to add more weight work & cut back on the aerobic stuff. Maybe add back in a few calories? any guidance?

You are thinking correctly. Keep up the weight work, cut back on the cardio but keep the caloric intake the same for now. If you do both you may find yourself in a caloric surplus and may add weight back on rather quickly.

Wake up C5. Boy this thread is dead. I haven't been on much myself as the sale of my shop has me busy 24/7 it seems and I also injured myself at the shop. I ran into a set of handlebars and destroyed my front teeth. Had surgery on Friday and started lifting again yesterday. I am on a liquid diet and am starving LOL.

Holy crap its been 15 days since we posted in here?! We are seriously slacking.

HI CFD! Sounds like you have definitely been having a rough week. Was your sugery to get your teeth fixed? Liquid diet sounds no bueno. I would be starving too.

Well 45 days out from the wedding so strict 1400 cal a day and mandatory at least 4 days a week workout. Last night I did the deck of cards workout, today I'm going to do 30 minutes of Jillian. I think I am getting a sinus infection so I'm going to keep it light and then rest the rest of the evening and chug tea and vitamins.

OH AND SPEEDY! This guy in my Sunday school class owns a crossfit gym by my work. He is giving me a bunch of free week coupons! OH YEAH! I'm excited. Skip may go with me too since they are now incorporating a lot of tabata and crossfit moves into the trooper academy.

Hi. The surgery was to repair my teeth , 6 implants and two more to go when the cracked bone heals. It hasn't been fun.

I've got many recipies for MRP's and protein shakes but not having solid food in me for a couple of weeks is getting real tired and surprisinly, I'm putting on weight

Getting fat and bulking are two different things, I'm not getting fat but I've got a jelly belly. I think it's because I'm drinking so much fluid to try to satisfy my hunger.

Go back a page and look at my pic, that's fat!

As a note, I am down another 8lbs since my last post.

You have no idea what this has done to my physical well being and self esteem! I still have a ways to go but each week my goal weight is that much closer.
