I have an adjustors appointment for Aug 18. That was the earliest appointment. They totaled the ABM. My damages are covered under his insurance. Damn I feel so much better.

that sux you have to wait so long. I guess as long as she gets looked at, but I would harass for something sooner if you can. Poor ABM :(, not the guy, the car!! I bet, I mean you were minding your own business when it happened, so they better cover it!!

I feel bad for the kid now. :( is there something wrong with me? My friends said I should be like good he deserved that. I am sorry no one deserves that.

I would feel bad for him too. Whether he was fartin' around in his car when it happened or not. I would be pissed off yeah, but still, I agree with you. No one deserves that
