Seriously. Almost everything I've heard about this Fest is that it sucked.

It's too bad. The mods work really hard to put it together. It's a huge deal putting something that big together. Bunch of cry babies didn't exactly what the wanted. Boo hoo.

Honestly, I think they made a mistake by making it two track days. There simply wasn't enough to do for two days. Other than that, I think the staff did a great job from the pictures I'm seeing.

I disagree, kinda. I would go 2-3 times a month for $100 for all that racing in 2 days. Problem that I see is everyone is hella hungover and doesn't come to the track until mid day or later. Why spend all that money and not take advantage?

That's why all the pictures make it seem like the place is deserted.... People are still in bed at the hotel. Lol

But I get your point. Pack the racing into 1 day will force more people to be there at once. Personally I wouldn't pay $100 for 1 day. Especially when that many cars will be there.

I really loved the road course last year, and that was extra $$. But worth every penny. Lol I paid for that before I even decided 100% that I was going.

I just feel bad for the mods. They have such a shitty job to do, and then add organizing something of this magnitude, yet so many people still piss and moan about it.

Personally , when i went last year, i thought $20 was a bit much . Especially when i saw how many people were there and vendors. But then i did realize the cost to put it on. A lot of the fun people seem to have though is back at the hotel. Since i lived in the city it took place in last year, i just went home afterward. So it wasn't a 'party atmosphere' for me. Only way i'd go across country to one is if i really wanted to see someone there. Which i did, but there were also people that i didn't want to see.

I agree that the mods go through hell planning this, and do a very good job with what they do. But it just seems funny to me that the last two fests were flawless, and this fest seems like everything wasn't working out as planned.
