when I started the job I'm at now, I went up by 60 lbs in about 8 months, then dropped 40lbs over 2 months and have fluctuated another 15 or so throughout this year.

I cut out the 2 boston creme donuts every morning for breakfast and my weight plummeted

I'm close to 35 down from the start of the year. I'd be further, but when my sisters were visiting I pretty much gained like 15 back

haha.. i just exercise a ton.. i slacked off since late may.. and it's showing.

so time to go hardcore.
