they are seriously missing out on so many vitamins, minerals and immune system boosters. It's just not wise to eliminate meat.

i went yesterday. i think they have shut off the air conditioning to save money.

That is what I tell them. I need red meats because of my low iron. My skin turns yellow :( yeah I know I can get iron in vegetables but meat is more satisfying.

You can also get it from cooking with a cast iron skillet. But youre right, meat is a better source. But so is collard greens and spinach and kale.
