Lol, what brand are you getting?

It definitely makes it louder and you can hear it overall a lot better in my opinion. The stock intake has a baffle which basically muffles/mutes the sounds. Best way to see what it sounds like is to find a video.

forces more air into your engine, means more forced air out. and some intakes you can hear hissing. which intake did you go with, CAI?
