Yay for working in the service industry, specifically restaurant business. I worked in restaurants from age 15 to this year (23 years old now). I was everything, waiter, cook, dishes, busboy, kitchen manager, foh manager, etc. It is something I don't miss. I would like to run a restaurant some day, but I could never work for a corporate restaurant again.
