Saying that they will estimate me low and then the insurance will pay and I will have to pick up the reminding if the job doesn't look good and I am not happy with it.

ok, he's a freaking moron. if the job isn't done right, they aren't going to charge you more. You've been through this before, right? you going to the same shop? did they charge you more for having to repaint it because you didn't like it?

Nope they didn't charge me the other two times and it is lifetime warranty on the paint. They also debadged the car for free and we know that is not fun.
