I am very much there with you at the moment. Guys going over my head to talk to engineers, then yelling about overtime and dropping the problem on me with no info on the issue for me to answer questions when they didn't involve me to begin with, so I got to go in early by 3 hours today to answer for their ineptitude. Epic douchebaggery.

I would find out the exact (or close) job details before making a salary offer. I think 65-70 would be reasonable.....

Do some research to see what the going rate is, and add 10%.

Ask about relocation expenses, just to check.
