So dumb noob question, what is the difference between playing on a PVE server vs. a PVP server? I guess you can attack others on PVP? What is the real benefit of PVP vs PVE?

When questing in the open planets that have both factions. You can attack and be attacked by the other faction.

Although our server is on a decline as a guild we still have no problems forming PvP groups as well as running the 8man operations. Tend to have 3-4 operation runs per week.

I am one of those new to MMO Players. I love it. I just could not get into WOW or EQ2... and EVE was way too huge to even think about. Star Trek Online was fun for a while until I entered a PVP zone as a top level 80 full loaded Federation tank class star ship, and get my ass handed to me in 3 seconds flat by the Klingon players. Ridiculous, plus the game play was weird not like SWTOR, the worlds were just copies at least in SW they add different decor on the walls so it looks different. LOL

Anyway I've recently moved some of my Characters to more populated servers which is nice. I hope it does not die, finally a MMO I like to play.

I'm currently on Fa'athra and Wall of Light right now. I'm considering moving all my character on a more active server. Just haven't decided which one yet.

Its a 1:1 transfer. At this point you dont have a choice which server your characters get moved to. Its already predetermined for you.

Decided to transfer my characters. It does suck that they automatically choose what server to move you to, but at least there are more people on the server that I'm on now. Moved to Drooga's Pleasure Barge and The Harbinger.

I moved my lvl 5 over to Prophecy of five. Still debating on whether im going to move the 7 I have on Krayt Dragon. :/

Well if you do and need a guild, look us up http://www.sith-happens.org. We are doing 8man PvP premades and clearing all of the 8man end game content through Nightmare modes. Working on getting a few more people so we can do 16man modes and clear Nightmare Pilgrim. Been having to work with another guild doing 8 and 8 to clear him.
