Well, today I had new hire orientation at my new job. Gonna be different not being in uniform, but it's a good change. Sorta miss the stability already. Going thru employee handbook now. Lots of don't do's, can't do's, and better not do's. Guess it's too late to second guess. LoL. I'm gonna enjoy it!

Sure thing ragtop! I didn't shake loose too far from the Marines. I'm a contractor now supporting Marine aviation. Same job, new base, new office. Feels good though...planning on growing a beard now! LoL

Not sure how the hell I missed this one but CONGRATS to you and your family...

Your Shadow Box looks great too. Mine hangs at the bottom of the stairwell in our house... You are going to really enjoy moving into the civilian world... Best of Luck in your second career...

Thanks mlee. I started my new job yesterday. It's a bit different getting used to not wearing the uniform anymore, but I'm sure I'll manage.

Congrats Dr. Evil. Thanks for serving too. I almost gave it up at the 11 year mark. All in all it worked out as a wise decision not to get out. Five years will ZOOM by.

Yeah... picking out different clothes every day sucks..

...and then there is getting used to going outside without a hat on and always carrying things in your left hand... 10 yrs now I think I've broken the habits...

I was going to mention Bradley Morris as a great military headhunter for jobs but it sounds like you are fixed up now.

Thanks! I'll keep that agency in mind. Never hurts to keep looking for opportunities. Biggest habit I'm glad to break is shaving every day. LoL
