Yeah walking and running you shouldn't do that more than two days a week. The rest should be muscle building. If you start gaining too much weight then you could add in another day of cardio.

And since you are lean and don't wnat to build too much muscle mass you want to keep your weights normal, not high weights, and high reps. But maybe one day a week do, high weight low reps. So if you have like fit tv you could do Total Body Sculpt by Gilad. Or you could find supersets on the internet. A good blog for you to find workouts would be the Lean Green Bean. She posts her workouts for the week on Friday and you could just do them.

As for eating, stick to lots of lean protein - chicken, ground turkey, beans, eggs, whey protein. And healthy fats like - avocado, nuts, and peanut butter.

That should help.
That is pretty much what I am eating. I still have to walk as much as possible for work and that is why I keep on losing the pounds.

Then up your calories. How many calories do you think youre eating a day?

You could always go see a nutritionist and they can give you a nutrition plan to keep you healthy and at a healthy weight.
