Ya I don't want to lose mine either but I have 4 weeks - plus 6 sick days and a floater Holiday most years.

It takes me a month and half to earn a day. I don't use my time often. This summer I am using a lot of time but it is worth it.

Do you just keep adding them? So like, if you earn 8 this year, do you start over again next year or do you keep tallying them up?

It took me 5 years to get 4 weeks -- and I've been here 10 now so I will never get any more then 4 weeks. And they don't let you roll over days -- so, you snooze you lose (unless your manager is nice - mine usually lets me rollover days anyway b/c she's the reason I can't take all of mine each year )
