the new house is 2621ft sq single floor... the current house is 1347sq ft 2 story... the new place is a fortress. check the pics in the other thread

technically... no. its a 19X19 at the new house. current one is a 24X31

but the useable space is only 22X28 as the work table takes up a lot of space.

but the plan for the new place is to tear down the right side wall and build it out to the right and towards the camera. (i mention something in Robs thread)

I've got room to expand. eventual goal is to make a big "L" in the top left corner of the property to have a 4-5 car garage/shop/spare storage/game center/whatever I want to do with it.
