just saw this on tv a few seconds ago... Check out the driver with the blinker and tell me whats wrong with this picture and then what they proceed to do

I believe in europe it is customary for the car trying to pass a slower car on the fast lane to signal left indicator to the person infront that he/she wants to pass.
